The price has two published parts: an infrastructure fee per started four rack units and the booked power in kW. 100 Mbit/s are included, and traffic above that runs on the 95th percentile. Both power draw and traffic are visible in the DCIM, so the invoice is something you can check rather than something you have to trust.
Bring your own addresses if you have them. BYOIP and BYOASN cost nothing extra, so moving to us does not mean renumbering your network.
